Another tip to start your day .

When you're rested it's easier to focus and have energy to make it happen through your day . Start a routine, Dame time every night

Trouble sleeping! I myself have to take prescription meds to sleep. But , look at what you are eating before bed, give yourself time to wind down no food, maybe , tv, read,... Try total darkness.

Have a great day, everyday , it is possible, maybe not every minute of your day, but there is something positive in everything.🤗
