I thought I'd offer a morning excericise that will surely give you a possitive start this morning. No, it's not hard, it's a breathing exercise. Also good in detecting a cough that should not be there.
Here is how it works,just put your hand on your abdomen and feel the rising and falling of your stomach a sign that your breathing deeply enough to let go of stress. One of the best techniques to learn effective breathing for stress inoculation is to count to seven each time you breathe out , and each time you breath in. Deep breath in through the nose, out, all the air you can, through the mouth. Steady breathing will help get your body and mind to a dress resistant bases.
Do it for 15 min. I promise you'll feel better.
